What should I wear for my treatment.

You will be asked to remove your clothes for the treatment and will be covered by a towel.  At all times your comfort and dignity is paramount.

What happens during my first appointment?

I will discuss your current situation and any relevant medical history, which will be treated with the strictest confidence, before your treatment.  Please leave slightly longer for your first treatment.

I am embarrassed about my body or a particular part of my body.

You have no need to worry, nothing shocks me , I have most probably seen it before and have come accross most things.  If you still have concerns please give me a call and we can discuss your concerns.

I have not had a massage before, what if i don't like it?

I have never yet had a client who did not completely enjoy the experience, however, if you feel uneasy at any time just say and I will stop and we can either discuss your feelings or you can decide to re-book for another day or just decide its not for you. 

Please don't feel embarrassed, my aim is for your complete benefit.
